Director, Partner Marketing

The Director of Partner Marketing will strategize and execute partner marketing programs designed to increase awareness, adoption, and sophistication. They’ll deepen relationships with our tech and agency partners to influence revenue and client retention. The director will have the opportunity to own the partner marketing program, including managing a Partner Marketing Manager, and partner with a fast-growing partner org that is key to Movable Ink’s growth.
The role will be reporting to the VP, Marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute global partner marketing strategy and implementation plans that align with company and team goals, including partner-specific campaigns, event sponsorships
- Manage partner marketing team, budget and KPIS; measure and report on success metrics to key stakeholders
- Play a lead role in developing sponsorship models and securing partner sponsors for our events
- Partner with demand gen to manage creation of newsletters, promotional emails, and nurture streams to educate partners and stay top of mind
- Manage relationships with internal and external partner stakeholders; Own relationships with partner marketing teams to identify opportunities for co-marketing
- Scale content programs with partners by sourcing case studies, webinar opportunities, and other thought leadership with the Content team
Qualifications:
- 10+ years experience in B2B marketing, with at least 3 years in a Partner Marketing role
- Strong understanding of MarTech landscape and sales process
- Ability to lead and drive cross-functional programs
- Highly organized, detail-oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Excellent analytical skills
