About this role:
Biz2Credit is looking for a Strategic Partnerships expert to develop and grow enterprise-level partnerships with allied organizations across the business financial ecosystem. You should be knowledgeable about the financial services industry, especially in regards to business-to-business finance, and have a knack for developing relationships with other enterprises that can yield maximum benefit for all involved. You are a networker, a strategic thinker and an executor, all at the same time. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will be charged with expanding existing relationships and onboarding new ones from Biz2Credit's network of strategic partners.Hybrid work model will be considered.
Responsibilities:
Lead the strategic development of co-marketing partnerships for one of the fastest growing fintech companies in the country.
Influence and develop a dynamic and in-depth partnership planning, tracking, and reporting framework to keep partners engaged.
Lead marketing activities and own marketing performance with Biz2Credit's partner brands.
Develop in-depth co-marketing proposals, from concept to contract, that drive value for the company.
Tie KPIs and reporting metrics to specific business areas of opportunity in order to close new partnerships.
Serve as the overall marketing lead for new co-marketing product launches, owning these programs from negotiation to launch and beyond.
Identify and source third-party marketing opportunities in partnership with colleagues on the Marketing Team.
Work closely with other members of the Marketing Team to design and deliver impactful marketing campaigns across the full range of partnerships.
Meticulously own multiple projects; ensuring clearly articulated strategies with flawless execution.
Position Requirements
Requirements/Key Attributes:
BA/BS with minimum of 10 years in partnerships, account management or marketing and/or agency positions, product management or category management.
Advanced working knowledge of small business finance, as well as digital and traditional marketing tactics and KPIs. Proficient fintech and business acumen.
Ability to use data analysis to inform business opportunities and translate those into action plans.
Proven ability to work across the organization, including with members of Leadership.
Superior interpersonal, presentation, written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to flawlessly multi-task and thrive under pressure with aggressive deadlines.
Working knowledge of accounting, business/commercial insurance, payroll processing, payment processing or lending is a major plus.
