Exchange Marketing Manager
Reporting to the Director of Marketing, IEX Exchange, you will be responsible for driving content and strategic programs that communicate the value proposition of IEX Exchange and connect with clients and stakeholders. This is a cross-functional role, as you will be collaborating frequently with internal stakeholders across Business Development, Product, Legal, Compliance, and Market Policy.
You are proactive, driven, and resourceful with a proven track record of compellingly conveying the details and benefits of complex businesses and products. Your writing connects intellectually, logically, and emotionally with target audiences.
A background in financial services is not required, but you should be interested in learning about the stock market and be motivated by our mission.

What you’ll do:
- Help manage the pipeline, scheduling, and approval workflow of IEX Exchange content, including direct-to-client communications
- Support the creation of operational and creative content for IEX Exchange, growing to own content streams over time (e.g., website content, blog posts, podcast)
- Coordinate programs supporting the IEX Exchange business development team (e.g., client events)
- Manage content around multi-pronged announcements and launches
- Contribute to overall marketing and communications strategy in collaboration with the marketing and leadership teams
Your background:
- Bachelor’s degree, liberal arts majors particularly encouraged to apply!
- Professional and technical writing experience, B2B preferred
- 2+ years of relevant marketing and/or communications experience
