What you'll do

• Identify, implement and optimize organic traffic growth opportunities
• Build top of funnel user experiences to drive sign ups and activate users
• Collaborate with marketing and other non-engineering teams on content creation for visibility on search engines and landing page improvements across the website
• Evangelize and educate the engineering organization on SEO best practices
• Understand our users via data and customer research, adding logging, building dashboard and reports as needed
• Run A/B testing in order to optimize site traffic, user conversion and retargeting campaigns
• Build new user experiences to attract and activate users

What You’ll Need:

• Proficiency in software development with at least 3 years of experience
• At least 2 years of SEO experience with a proven record
• A degree in IT or marketing is required, preferably in Computer Science or similar
• Understanding of marketing tools and technologies is a must
