Head of Enterprise Marketing Strategy

As the Head of Enterprise Marketing Strategy , you'll be responsible for crafting the positioning and go-to-market strategy for SeatGeek's enterprise products and services. You'll work across the entire organization to build our story, value-proposition, and ultimately a marketing approach that spans strategy, content, paid tactics, and more. Your power will be not in building a team, but in harnessing and aligning the incredible strength of the existing teams we have spread across the entire organization to accomplish your strategic vision.
What you'll do
- Develop our enterprise marketing strategy from the ground up, piecing together our product and service differentiators, brand, and marketing skill set to drive enterprise growth during large upcoming sales cycles
- Serve as the subject matter expert for enterprise marketing at SeatGeek, becoming the point of contact many teams rely upon to craft their messages, stay consistent across the broader org, and ultimately achieve their goals
- Dive deep to understand our wide-reaching client and prospect base, as well as SeatGeek's overarching business goals, then constructing plans to help us achieve our targets in efficient and unique ways
- Stay up to date on external industry trends and identify opportunities to inform the organization on competitive intelligence, propelling innovation and positioning of SeatGeek as a bold, tech-driven innovator
- Act as the primary point person for content development with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring deliverables accurately portray strategy, messaging and have appropriate leadership support
- Think differently - we want the best of B2B marketing applied in unique, creative ways. You'll construct a program that matches the boldness of our brand, and stands out from others in ticketing and tech
What you have
- 10+ years of experience working in marketing, with direct experience in B2B, enterprise or client facing marketing efforts
- Deep understanding of B2B and B2B2C marketing channels, including comms & positioning work, earned and paid marketing tactics, BUT a deeper passion for doing things differently - taking the themes of a SaaS enterprise playbook and applying to a bold, modern brand looking to stand-out
- Experience building strong working relationships with and across all types of sales leaders, product teams, data teams and other business and marketing stakeholders - you thrive in a collaborative environment
- Desire to be a strategist rather than a team manager - you'll be a subject matter expert with an elevated voice, working across many internal teams to execute your vision
- Goal-oriented mindset with a bend towards continuous improvement
- Ability to stay cool under pressure
- Deep skill in Slides, Powerpoint/Excel, Sheets, and budget management expertise
- Experience with complex product sales processes (low volume, long time to close)
- Sports, entertainment and/or live event experience is a massive plus

The salary range for this role is $115,000-$175,000. Actual compensation packages within that range are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific location.
