About the role:
What makes this role unique and exciting is the opportunity to build out and own the field and digital events strategy for MaestroQA as we disrupt the existing Experience Management industry. The Head of Field Marketing will play a key role in driving our enterprise growth and supporting our ABM strategy.
Another major function of this field marketing role will be setting the foundation for this function within marketing and building out the processes and team. Someone who feels energized by the challenge of building something new will thrive in this role.
The key focus areas to start will be:
- Develop and execute on our events strategy, both digital and in-person (when appropriate), including webinars/digital roundtables, workshops, networking events, and sponsored third-party events
- Manage and execute on our annual user conference, The Art of Conversation, and work cross-functionally to set the programming, featured content, and key announcements
- Design and oversee all promotional activities in partnership with demand generation, sales, and customer success
Qualifications
- A track record of executing high quality events, both digital and in-person to drive new opportunities and accelerate existing pipeline
- Highly collaborative and able to manage stakeholders across multiple teams
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
