 As the Growth Marketing Leader, you will be responsible for the strategy, development and execution of programs that drive successful business outcomes. This position will work closely across functions within the organization (e.g., Product, Finance and Sales organizations) to develop integrated plans to support future pipeline growth. Key accountabilities include, but are not limited to:

 Responsibilities:

· Design the Go-to-Market strategy (including product positioning and marketing strategy) for new and existing products, with the goal of driving new customer acquisition and former customer reactivation.

· Forecast, measure, analyze, and report on the impact of demand generation campaigns.

· Develop product positioning that articulates Kafene’s value proposition in various marketing and sales assets, including case studies, pitch decks, webinars, and other customer collateral.

· Lead the ongoing usage and effectiveness of marketing automation platform (HubSpot.)

· Create and implement Kafene’s future tradeshow and event strategy roadmap.

· Establish cross-functional performance data to analyze marketing efficacy and derive insights for future launches and campaigns.

Qualifications:

· 10 years’ relevant experience; Financial Services or Fintech experience a plus.

· Experience working cross-functionally within an organization Ecommerce background required Candidates must possess authorization to work in the U.S.

· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or other related degree.

· Comfort with setting appropriate KPIs, collecting and analyzing cross-functional performance data, and using insights to drive action.

· Experience with a variety of marketing channels.

· Experience collaborating with and influencing cross-functional teams across different offices.

· Proven track record of working with cross-functional teams and cultivating collaborative partnerships at all levels and departments of an organization.

· Channel Growth - You have deep experience in creating strategies for organic and paid growth through multiple stages of scale for high-growth companies.
