We're looking for an experienced and ambitious Lifecycle Marketer to design, implement, and maintain email marketing campaigns that drive user engagement, convert users to customers, and mitigate churn. You'll work closely with key stakeholders across the business to optimize email and mobile messaging campaigns, track performance metrics; optimizing all our efforts through A/B testing along the way. Our ideal candidate is equal parts strategic and operational with the goal of growing the company and delighting our customers.
In this role, you'll:

 

  • Create and develop end-to-end email marketing campaigns and transactional email experiences
  • Partner with product marketing and design teams to deliver relevant and delightful omnichannel content to audiences and existing customers
  • Build from the ground up a B2B lifecycle marketing strategy for our growing business-facing customer segment
  • Work with marketing team to develop user incentives and promotion campaigns to drive conversion, activation, and ARPU metrics
  • Perform and present data analyses and translate them into actionable insights.
  • Run A/B tests for emails and other channels to optimize key metrics
  • Help revamp our customer activation and onboarding experience

Job requirements

 

 

  • 3-4 years of experience in lifecycle marketing and/or growth marketing
  • Experience working in growth, marketing, or sales in a tech company or startup environment
  • Team player with experience working cross-functionally with product and design teams
  • Experience working with CRM tools
  • Very strong writing and presentation skills
  • SQL or R data analysis skills highly preferred

The role will be based in NYC.
