The Development Department’s Digital Strategy & Marketing team is seeking a passionate, strategic, creative, highly motivated Marketing Manager to join its team. The Digital Strategy & Marketing team manages a revenue-driving, multi-channel digital program. Donations go to pioneering research and patient care at MSK and are vital to creating new and better treatments for cancer patients worldwide.

 

You will:

  • Perform in-depth review of marketing channel performance – email, social, display and web – to formulate insights for a digital marketing roadmap
  • Work closely with agency on all performance and insights projects to help improve the department’s marketing insights maturity curve from descriptive and diagnostic analysis to predictive and perspective analysis
  • Work with team to evaluate the impact of marketing programs in achieving revenue and engagement objectives and create (or oversee the development of) marketing insights reports as needed
  • Lead centralized reporting, digital attribution and Marketing Mix Model projects along with agency
  • Work with Associate Director to evaluate return on marketing investments and reapportion media spends
  • Make data-driven recommendations for improvements in cross-channel engagement, remarketing and customer experience
  • Assist with maintaining a unified tagging strategy for all marketing efforts
  • Monitor the competitive landscape and incorporate metrics for benchmarking and insights
  • Identify opportunity gaps for significant ROI increase and areas of improvement
  • Support team with vendor and partner relationship management

You have:

  • A Bachelor's degree and 7-10 years in marketing (at least 11 years of relevant experience required in lieu of Bachelor’s degree)
  • Fundraising and development experience with strong desire to raise funds for cancer research
  • An advanced knowledge of digital marketing analytic tools
  • Expert knowledge of all Google Marketing Analytics products
  • Superior project management skills, with the determination and ability to drive a project from concept to launch
  • The ability to think creatively and innovatively
