The Role 

Lead and manage a team of strategists responsible for driving customer adoption through strategic efforts. This role reports to the Director, Strategy & Consulting. It collaborates closely with the entire Customer Success team. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Coach, manage and provide feedback to team members on a consistent basis
  • Onboard and train team members
  • Set quarterly goals with team members
  • Collaborate with Director of Strategy on team vision and structure
  • Maintain strong relationships with CSM directors
  • Manage content calendar for Strategists (articles, webinars, events, etc)
  • Coordinate with other internal teams (Marketing, Enablement, Sales) to ensure smooth collaboration
  • Drive the impact and quality of the customers’ experience while working with Ceros
  • Oversee and craft collateral that demonstrates the team’s expertise and service offerings
  • Develop and implement new processes to increase efficiencies and effectiveness
  • Oversee PROs strategy efforts as it relates to customer projects
  • Consistently stay up to date on industry developments

As Manager, Strategy you must have:

  • 7+ years of experience, including at least 3 years of direct customer success experience
  • 2+ years management experience
  • Clear and concise communication with the ability to talk to individuals of all job levels
  • Passion for doing quality work 
  • Innate curiosity
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Ability to juggle and prioritize among multiple tasks
  • Proven examples of the ability to successfully manage multiple projects with diverse stakeholders
  • Fluency in both consumer and B2B marketing across a wide range of industries and what it takes to stand out and service them.
  • Strong understanding of the digital workflow, especially as it relates to content strategy and user experience design
  • Experience with Hubspot is a plus

Key things to know

  • This is a remote-first role with the ability to work on east coast time; travel periodically to our NY offices and visit clients

Ceros employees live and work all over the world, but our HQ is in New York and we’ve got offices in London and Prague.
