About the position:
Stellar’s Sales and Marketing team is seeking a Marketing Lead who will be responsible for leading all of Stellar’s marketing efforts, both to the payor and provider markets we serve.  In this role, the Marketing Lead will work closely with our Sales team to support the growth of Stellar and will report directly to the Chief Growth Officer.  As the Marketing Lead, you will be responsible and accountable for defining the marketing strategy, development of the budget to enable the strategy, execution of the strategy, collaborating with our Sales to align on priorities, track marketing performance and KPIs and development of marketing content and communications for campaigns.

This role will build and shape Stellar's Marketing function and lead our GTM strategies. 

As Marketing Lead you will:

  • Create original content for press releases, newsletters and marketing collateral
  • Develop GTM strategies for provider facing marketing campaigns
  • Develop and manage all inbound lead generation
  • Effectively manage and prioritize a diverse set of initiatives from various stakeholders across the business
  • Develop, manage, track marketing KPIs 
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget
  • Cultivate partnerships with partner organizations (conferences, vendors, etc.)

What we are looking for:

  • 4+ years of B2B Marketing experience, preferably in a software company
  • 1+ years of marketing experience in the healthcare industry with strong preference for experience in provider and payor marketing
  • Experience with content/digital marketing (LinkedIn, Google, Twitter)
  • Excellent organization and communication skills, attention to detail and ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
  • Ability to define and manage project plans and work cross functionally on marketing initiatives
  • Strong written skills and advanced proficiency in personally authoring marketing content and communications
