Job Description

The Campaign Operations Coordinator will report directly to the Head of Marketing Technology, Operations & Strategic Partner Integration and will partner with stakeholders across the company, as well as with 3rd party partners, to ensure marketing campaigns are properly trafficked, tracked, and reported. 

As a key member in the marketing department, the Campaign Operations Coordinator will use their deep expertise, project management skills and proven track record of operational excellence to manage creative, tagging, trafficking, analytics and reporting plans. Key tasks include:

  • Create, maintain, and optimize scalable processes to ensure best practices for marketing campaigns.
  • Project manage the development, production, and distribution of creative assets, including liaising between creative agencies, media agencies, and internal teams.
  • Build and maintain landing pages within Content Management System.
  • Oversee the details of each promotional offer including terms and legal approval.
  • Partner with the technology team to ensure tracking is properly implemented for accurate campaign measurement, including media partners, affiliate partners, and web properties.
  • Closely monitor marketing campaign effectiveness, including providing leadership with key metrics, reporting, and analysis.
  • Own various tools and processes that make reporting actionable, including UTM parameter creation, naming conventions, QR codes, link shorteners, etc.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-3 years of relevant working experience in a similar role in the areas of marketing technology, data and paid media
  • Super organized taskmaster; strong presentation skills
  • Demonstrated project management skills
  • Creative operations, marketing project management and technical task management experience
  • Working knowledge of digital advertising, marketing tracking/reporting, and mar-tech systems (CRM, analytics, mobile SDK, social)
  • Technically savvy, with a good understanding of mobile app development cycles, AGILE methodologies and project management tools like JIRA, CONFLUENCE, SLACK
  • Comfortable being challenged and seeking challenge from colleagues and stakeholders
  • Ability to think outside of the box, be innovative, adaptable and come up with creative solutions to changing business challenges
  • Goal-orientated and results driven with the ability to see the bigger picture
