How you'll make an impact at Collibra:

Collibra is seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to streamline and execute end-to-end demand generation marketing campaigns and programs. You will be our central point of contact for the Demand Center driving marketing program execution, request intake processes and debrief and analysis for optimizing our campaigns. This role will include process management, documentation, enablement, and training.

A day in the life of a Marketing Operations Specialist at Collibra:

You’ll be reporting directly to the Sr. Manager of Marketing Automation, and will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:

  • Project managing marketing campaigns from beginning to end, including managing project intake briefs, ensuring assets are finalized (emails, landing pages, etc), and hosting debrief sessions with marketers.
  • Streamlining campaign production by developing reusable templates, managing planning and production processes, and training colleagues to use them. Proactively identifying areas to improve efficiency and propose thoughtful and achievable solutions to address them.
  • Supporting the creation, documentation, and adoption of new business processes and aid or lead in the deployment and training of the marketing organization. 
  • Managing, streamlining, and updating the marketing calendar with visibility into marketing initiatives and projects.
  • Training and managing external agencies to ensure proper usage of marketing automation and event tools, execution of programs according to documented SLAs and prioritizing requests where appropriate.
  • Delivering campaign stakeholders with an analysis of campaign performance with recommendations for continual optimization. 
  • Providing operational support for Collibra-run webinars, including technical setup, day-of-webinar hosting and recording management.
  • Assisting with the development of high-quality marketing automation campaign initiatives through building of assets (promotional emails, transactional emails, landing pages, forms, fields, list pulls and uploads, and integrations) and delivering them in a timely manner for on-time launch.

You Have:

  • Experience with building assets in Marketo or other marketing automation tool, including email, landing page, programs, etc. 
  • 1+ years of experience with Project Management tools such as Asana, JIRA, Workday, etc. 
  • Ability to work with campaign managers and sales to identify, troubleshoot and remediate any marketing automation issues
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work on many projects simultaneously
  • Great communication and collaboration skills
  • Appetite to learn, willingness to step in when teammate needs help. 
  • Consultative approach to supporting, educating, and advising marketing managers.
  • Experience with various marketing technology platforms (Marketo, Eloqua, etc.) and their connection to systems owned by other business units (ex: Salesforce.com, Tableau)
