This role is highly data-driven and strategic and requires a versatile thinker who has the ability (and desire) to balance strategy with execution—easily grasping the big picture while still paying attention to detail. You should be adept at transforming complex problems into simple solutions, excited to wear multiple hats and comfortable taking on expanded business responsibilities as needed.

What You Will Do:

  • Manage day-to-day performance of all paid media efforts across digital and traditional mediums
  • Act as liaison for communications with key agency partners, cultivating relationships and creating strong two-way communication to ensure success of partnerships
  • Proactively monitor and evaluate performance of active media campaigns to ensure growth of new customer acquisition through channel investments
  • Create and manage project timelines and work streams driving successful campaign launches
  • Work with internal departments to communicate campaign objectives and acquire necessary assets and approvals for successful campaign launches
  • Act as a key stakeholder in planning for new airport launch campaigns and new initiatives
  • Vet new partners and opportunities to foster growth of marketing practice 

Who You Are:

  • 3-5 years experience in Paid Media planning and execution
  • Data savvy, experienced in digital reporting and familiar with growth KPIs
  • Comprehensive understanding of digital ecosystem and how web, CRM, social and search work together to successfully optimize cross-channel
  • Has experience in key platforms utilized: Facebook (reporting and execution), Google (reporting and execution), Site Analytics (GA preferable), Affiliate Programs, and Ad Servers
  • Highly organized and detailed-oriented, able to plan and aid in execution of multiple campaigns across different mediums
  • Bachelor's Degree

We are located in the Chelsea neighborhood on Manhattan's west side. Chelsea is the primary art district within the borough.
