PR & Social Media Manager

About the team and role:
The Brand Team is responsible for the definition and execution of our brand strategy. Among our talented Designers & Developers, and reporting to our Brand Director, you’ll be in charge of expressing Aircall’s values and story across multiple platforms, from PR to social media. You’ll be working closely with numerous internal & external stakeholders, to ensure Aircall’s voice’s consistency.

What you'll do:
- PR & brand content creation:
- Support the creation & execution of PR strategy with the goal to increase brand awareness and position Aircall as an industry thought leader
- Creative projects: work closely with our amazing team of Designers & Developer to deliver relevant, original, high-quality content PR & social materials
- Corporate comms: own the press room & updates, create thought leadership content, help our spokesperson leverage their content
- Own the relationship with local agencies, challenge & follow KPIs: 1. Coordinate interviews and draft, edit and review PR content, such as byline articles, written commentary, and speaking and award submissions 2. Manage the tracking and reporting of press articles and company announcements, and amplify them across social media and other appropriate channels
- Influence:
- Ensure Aircall’s presence at industry events (scale-up ecosystem, trade events etc.)
- Research top influencers, competitors, and trends in customers’ industries
- Nurture relationships with industry influencers, media contacts, and customers
- Create strong communities of engaged advocates and learners, increasing brand experience and stronger connections with customers, prospects, and other key stakeholder groups
- Social media management:
- Manage our social media channels to build our social audiences on multiple platforms, and engage with them on a daily basis, with the help of external resources
- Integrate all channels of marketing (paid social, SEO, content marketing, email, paid search) into your engagement plan
- Lead our reputation management efforts, focusing on cultivating strong reviews and having them reflect across platforms (ie. LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Google Places, etc.)
- Implement a content editorial calendar and regular social publishing schedule to manage content and plan specific, timely marketing campaigns, in collaboration with our local marketing teams & paid acquisition
- Analyze and report social media actions on a weekly basis for successes and new opportunities
- Processes & tools:
- Own our reporting on social & PR KPIs
- Source and recommend tools necessary for social media tracking and optimization (currently: Data Studio & Hootsuite)
- Work with internal stakeholders to streamline processes, tracking, and reporting capabilities
What you'll bring:
- 5-7 years of proven experience in an advertising agency or marketing firm, in a customer-facing social media, branding, or communications role
- Strong writing and editing skills, with a slight obsession for correcting typos
- Outstanding communication and organizational skills, with ability to foster long-term relationships
- Strong attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines and effectively manage multiple projects at once
- Fluent in French, both in language and in culture
