We are looking for a highly-skilled Marketing Designer with 4-8 years of experience, proven talent, and ability to operate against tight deadlines. The ideal candidate is someone who can craft narratives with powerful words and visual design. While typical design roles may interact with a small design team and a director, are comfortable working with many stakeholders across simultaneously. We’ll need you to be able to estimate your own capacity, prioritize objectives, and handle a broad spectrum of personalities and demands.
About You:
You love design thinking. When the narrative, copy and visual design come together in complete unison it proves the power of design. You also know that design is way way bigger than an asset on a page, or a sales deck. You know that the design is found in the process of production and you strive at every turn to create efficient modes of communication and delivery of compelling storylines along the way. You have the heart of a project manager, taking stock on what is needed and when. Organization and order is in your DNA, and no project slips through the cracks on your watch. What you’ll do & what you have:
- Distill complex concepts into digestible, compelling, visually well-designed assets including case studies, tutorials, webinars, playbooks, proposals, one-sheets, and presentation decks
- Design Sales Marketing collateral that feels less like bulleted slides and more like cohesive experiences
- Incorporate feedback quickly, be able to stand up for good ideas, but also willing to edit with flexibility
- Maintain a strong creative vision while thinking strategically within business and marketing objectives
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
How you will lead:
- Be the accountable design leader of all Sales Marketing initiatives
- Contribute to design critiques and customer experience reviews with stakeholders and the team.
- Be an inspirational evangelist and advocate of great design, design methods and customer-centricity
- Be exceptionally organized while simultaneously working on multiple projects
- Minimum of 4-8 years of design experience (in-house experience preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Communications or Marketing
- A thorough understanding of designing for digital platforms and expertise with Powerpoint, Keynote, Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Office, Google Drive, Highspot, Jira
