Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager
Alma is seeking an equal-parts strategic and operational senior lifecycle marketing manager to join our growing marketing team. This person will manage a small team responsible for strengthening Alma’s relationship with our provider and client audiences throughout their lifecycle, delivering timely and relevant content that encourages high value behaviors. The senior lifecycle marketing manager is an integral part of our strategic engagement marketing function, owning development, execution, and optimization of both ad hoc and evergreen campaigns throughout the provider and client journey: from onboarding and activation, through retention and advocacy. This person will sit in a highly cross-functional seat, working closely with our Product Marketing, Creative, Community, Operations, and Product & Engineering teams to develop experiences that engage, retain, and drive revenue for the business.
What you’ll do:
- Partner with the director of Lifecycle and Product Marketing to strategize team structure and areas of ownership
- Develop a scalable program that supports both ad hoc and automated campaigns
- Build a rigorous experimentation roadmap to continually optimize performance, including tests on creative design, content, contact cadence/frequency, channel mix, etc.
- Establish regular reporting on key Lifecycle marketing KPIs and campaign performance
- Collaborate with Marketing Operations and Product to ensure we have the marketing techstack necessary to deliver highly engaging, personalized communications
- Partner with our Customer Experience (CX), Community, and Product Marketing teams to uncover customer insights and develop tailored experiences based on these findings
Who you are:
- You have 5+ years of Lifecycle Marketing experience; experience working in a membership-based environment and dual-sided marketplaces are strong plusses
- You have experience managing a small team and take pride in enabling their best work
- You are comfortable functioning autonomously and have a strong bias for action
- You have innate curiosity and are analytically-driven with a test-and-learn mentality
- You are a subject matter expert in relevant analytical tools/methodologies, e.g. A/B testing frameworks, performance attribution, measurement, and reporting
- You are a highly effective communicator, both written and verbally
- You are especially effective when working collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- You are passionate about Alma's mission and the future of mental health care
