Billie is looking for a Senior Manager of Brand to help us continue to build a world-class brand. In this role, you’ll grow brand awareness and buzz through meaningful storytelling, groundbreaking campaigns, and effective marketing initiatives. 

What you’ll do: 

  • Manage the brand calendar, overseeing the development of key marketing initiatives including brand campaigns and product launches
  • Lead PR and comms planning to keep Billie top of mind and build credibility through product features and awards
  • Be a key player in the ongoing development of Billie’s brand POV, translating it into mission-driven work that drives brand love and advocacy and continues to garner international press and social virality
  • Help the team identify the right partnerships for Billie across product, content, influencers, and celebrity while constantly evolving our partnerships strategy based on learnings and trends
  • Partner across the organization on key cross-functional brand initiatives, including new product launches and performance marketing campaigns 
  • Be a steward of the brand internally and externally, ensuring all channels and departments are working toward the same brand vision and Billie’s personality comes across in everything we do

What we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years of experience in brand marketing (preferably at a high-growth consumer goods brand)
  • Experience building consumer brands and a strong track record of seamlessly executing campaigns
  • Ability to use qualitative and quantitative insights to drive strategic recommendations
  • A hands-on self starter who is comfortable with fast turnarounds and tight timelines
  • Impeccable communication skills
  • The ability to act fast and in real-time
  • Someone who can lead by example and demonstrate Billie’s core values
  • A proactive and collaborative approach – you love working with people and people love working with you
