How does this Position help VTS Succeed?
We’re looking for a high-performing demand generation expert to join our world-class Marketing team. As the Senior Manager of Demand Generation, you’ll be responsible for leading the strategy, creation, and execution of integrative campaigns that support the business objectives and aggressive revenue goals of VTS’ core software business. From digital to direct mail, you’ll deploy creative tactics across the entire buying cycle that drive demand and accelerate deals.
Reporting into the Senior Director of Demand Generation, you’ll work amongst a talented team of high-performing marketers who are making a big impact at VTS. Expect to be set up for success starting on Day 1 — you’ll have access to best-in-class marketing tech and a solid budget to power your campaigns.

What Makes This Job Awesome?
- Own campaign strategy and execution for an entire segment of the VTS software business. You’ll be the marketing owner, working closely with Sales and Marketing leadership to develop and manage campaigns that meet business objectives.
- Support Marketing and Sales leadership with quarterly pipeline forecasting and performance insights
- Manage marketing programs that manage the entire buying cycle, from acquisition to close, driving pipeline growth and improving pipeline velocity
- Create and execute end-to-end integrative campaigns across on and offline channels including advertising, email and direct mail
- Collaborate with Marketing Operations to continuously improve the health of our target contact and account database
- Measure and analyze program performance regularly, adjusting tactics as required to ensure results are achieved and goals are exceeded
- Work in partnership with the SDR manager and Sales leadership to maintain alignment through consistent reporting, feedback and campaign playbooks
- Participate in improving internal campaign production workflows — continuously recommend new technology and processes to improve campaign effectiveness and team efficiency
- Measure and analyze program performance regularly, adjusting tactics as required to ensure results are achieved and goals are exceeded
What Makes You a Great Fit?
- 5-7 years of B2B marketing experience in a demand generation role at a growing B2B SaaS organization
- Proven experience in leading both strategy and execution of ROI-based marketing programs
- Proven experience with account-based marketing strategies, tactics and tools
- Deep familiarity with Marketo and SFDC and ability to own marketing campaign automation
- Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze and report on program effectiveness and ROI
- Excellent project management, time management and organization skills
- Effective communicator with strong presentation skills
- Creative, out-of-the-box thinker
