What You Will Do:
- Lead strategy development and execution for subset of paid marketing channels (Paid Search, Display, Affiliate, Emerging Channels)
- Manage daily optimization and growth of Paid Search account via AdWords
- Liaise with key external partners on managed service accounts, ensuring growth and success of programs
- Optimize media buys daily to manage scale and efficiency against performance targets
- Develop new channel strategies to increase customer acquisition
- Partner with internal marketing counterparts to drive cohesive cross-channel strategies
- Partner with analytics counterparts to increase awareness of marketing contribution to internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with Web Development team to build landing pages that optimize the post-click experience
- Utilize member analytics data, including lifetime value and cost to acquire metrics, to optimize digital programs
- Provide analytical support for forecasting of daily/weekly/monthly enrollments
- Provide marketing support for all new airport and vertical launches
Who You Are:
- Have 5+ years of digital marketing experience across paid search, digital advertising and affiliate marketing
- Have a strong paid search background - ability to create and maintain complex account structures
- Are familiar with Programmatic and Affiliate programs, and can oversee managed service accounts
- Have experience managing multi-functional in-house teams
- Are familiar with growth KPIs and ROI-focused strategies
- Have excellent communication skills - can act as key liaison with external partners and internal stakeholders
- Are highly analytical, able to work through complex data sets and deliver a clear and concise output
