Justworks is seeking a growth-oriented Senior Product Marketing Manager to drive our growth Go to Market strategy as we build a scalable product suite to drive acquisition, conversion, and expansion for prospects and customers. As the Senior Product Marketing Manager of Growth, you’ll identify multi-product cross and upsell opportunities, support our pricing and packaging strategy, and help acquire new customers while driving the adoption of our PEO solutions. You’ll be responsible for leading the growth team’s go-to-market strategy, working across multiple programs while supporting multiple teams, and building relationships with different stakeholders.
You’ll help articulate the value of Justworks’ features and solutions to prospective small business customers by translating customer needs into actionable initiatives, running experiments across the funnel, improving conversion rate, and collaborating across teams on new initiatives. You’ll work on customer and market research and analysis that drives ongoing audience definition and influences our overarching growth and acquisition strategy. Working cross-functionally with product, design, sales, and marketing, you will develop and implement data-driven growth initiatives. You will monitor product analytics and develop a point of view on how we position our product and provide the right solution to the right audience. This role is ideal for a data-driven Product Marketer passionate about understanding complex products and translating to communicate to non-technical / non-expert stakeholders, as well as driving revenue generation through their marketing efforts.
Your Success ProfileWhat You Will Work On- Represent the voice of the customer by conducting ongoing customer research, market research, and competitive analysis to drive audience definition and influence the product vision and roadmap
- Develop and refine user personas and journeys to inform marketing strategies and feature prioritization
- Work closely with Product, Design, and Marketing to drive acquisition, engagement, and retention via targeted marketing across Justworks' portfolio of products and features
- Create, manage, and experiment with new user acquisition tactics, including messaging and positioning
- Analyze data to monitor revenue performance and uncover areas for improvement
- Partner with Product and Marketing to identify cross and upselling opportunities; define user segments, create messaging strategy, and conduct testing to drive revenue growth
- In partnership with the growth team, you will work on research, strategy, and go-to-market planning for core pricing and packaging updates as well as new freemium product offerings
- Prepare and present recommendations, reports, and findings from experimental data
- Drive marketing efforts to drive install base adoption of Justworks’ solutions to targeted buyer personas and adjust marketing tactics as needed to drive growth
- Determine, measure, and report on KPIs that align with Justworks' broader strategy
- Develop and maintain messaging across external channels that are strategically aligned to target customer segments and Justworks’ overall brand and company positioning
- Perform other related duties as assigned

- Minimum of 5 years of Product Marketing for tech/software products (B2B / B2B2C preferred, payroll or finance a plus)
- Experienced working in a fast-paced, startup environment
- You have strong analytical skills; you excel at synthesizing market, competitive, and customer insights into clear takeaways and recommendations
- Customer-focused; you center your work around the voice of the customer and help others balance customer and business needs
- You are a strong communicator and storyteller, communicating concepts and ideas in different formats depending on the need and revising your approach.
- Experience crafting high-impact marketing plans with clearly defined value propositions and product messaging
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects, juggling competing priorities, stakeholders, and tasks as needed
- You have a product mindset and track record of working well with and earning the respect of product teams
- Possess strong leadership and management skills
- Proficient with SQL (Tableau is a plus)
The base wage range for this position based in our New York City Office is targeted at $165,000.00 to $181,500.00 per year.

Actual compensation is based on multiple factors that are unique to each candidate, including and not limited to skill set, level of relevant experience, and specific work location. Salary ranges for positions based in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location.
