Job Description

We’re looking to bring on a Growth Marketing Specialist who will play a key role in the growth of the brand through owning the execution and expansion of our customer-first messaging platforms primarily focused on email and SMS on the CRM team.  

In this role, you will be overseeing day to day execution of our promotional campaigns across all brands, and the optimization of our core evergreen campaigns,  with the opportunity to directly impact strategy and further build the team as the company continues to grow. While not required, previous email experience is strongly preferred. Being a CRM specialist means assisting in creating our content calendars and creative briefs on a monthly basis, end to end execution of daily email and SMS campaigns, and assisting with bi-weekly/monthly reporting. 

The core focus of this role will be to manage the platform-level requirements needed to support our overall CRM strategy, optimize to improve efficiency and scale potential and identify and test into new opportunities to drive growth for the business. We are looking for a proactive, collaborative, highly motivated individual that has keen attention to detail and high standards for accuracy. 

This is a direct-response marketing role with the primary goal of driving sales efficiently and at scale.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Execute regular email/SMS/push campaign set up, segmentation, and QA for all three brands
  • Assist in creative brief ideation and execution for all 3 brands, for all CRM platforms
  • Writing clear and error-free content for CRM channels that engages customers at different points within the marketing funnel and reflects the brand’s voice appropriately
  • Manage all creative feedback between stakeholders on both the Growth Marketing and Creative teams
  • Help execute, maintain and fill the testing pipeline for all three bands
  • Help in pulling data and working on insights for biweekly and monthly reporting meetings by maintaining all reports/dashboards to analyze the performance of CRM campaigns and provide actionable recommendations and improvements

Background and Experience:

Required

  • 0-1 years professional work experience
  • Fluency in written English
  • Strong control of Excel & Google Sheets (pulling, analyzing, creating data visualizations etc)
  • Detail-oriented, self-starter with a keen eye for quality assurance 
  • Ability to think critically and “connect the dots”
  • Ability to manage manage multiple work streams and work autonomously
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with designers, developers, and growth teams

Bonus
