The candidate selected will be assigned responsibilities that include operations factory support, shipping/receiving, material handling, expedite, warehousing and serving as the Supply Chain contact for off shift customer support. This role principally leads a team of hourly, represented team members in the Supply Chain function.

- 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain or Fulfillment
- 3+ years of experience that required the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- 3+ years of experience with statistical analysis as well as data analytics techniques for large data sets
- 3+ years of experience demonstrating executive presence with exceptional written and oral communication skills; able to influence senior leaders, present complex technical/organizational matters clearly, and lead high-stakes discussions
- Candidates must have at least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR have completed Boeing internal course "Exploring Leadership."
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience):
- Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Degree
- 5+ years of experience demonstrating exceptional business, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- 3+ years leading critical projects
- 5 + years of experience with materials planning or inventory control process role in a manufacturing environment
