We are seeking an MBA Buyout & Growth Operator to identify, acquire, and lead small-to-mid-sized businesses, with an initial focus on a multi-unit roll-up strategy in the education and tutoring sector. You will manage the full cycle from sourcing deals to operating and scaling acquired companies, starting with established franchise brands in the education space.
Responsibilities
Source and evaluate education-focused acquisition opportunities, particularly in tutoring and learning center franchises.
Lead financial analysis, valuations, and due diligence.
Negotiate and execute transactions.
Transition into operational leadership post-close.
Develop and execute growth strategies, including multi-unit expansion and operational optimization.
Requirements
MBA or equivalent experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, or corporate development.
Strong financial modeling and deal execution skills.
Proven leadership and operational management experience, ideally in multi-unit or franchise businesses.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action.
