We are seeking an MBA Intern to support our search fund's deal sourcing, evaluation, and due diligence efforts in the education sector. You will gain hands-on experience in the full acquisition lifecycle and have the option to take on an operator role post-acquisition.
Responsibilities
Source and evaluate education-focused acquisition opportunities, particularly in tutoring and learning center franchises.
Lead financial analysis, valuations, and due diligence.
Negotiate and execute transactions.
Transition into operational leadership post-close.
Develop and execute growth strategies, including multi-unit expansion and operational optimization.
Requirements
Experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, or corporate development.
Strong financial modeling and deal execution skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action.
