As the Data Workstream Lead, you will serve as the primary representative of the Global Team in the implementation of the new planning solution (o9) within the Supply Planning function. Your responsibilities will include capturing the business data requirements for the new solution, leading the design, implementation, change management, and adoption phases related to data . A pivotal aspect of this role entails utilizing your expertise to facilitate the seamless integration of processes, methodologies, and tools throughout the organization. You will actively work to dismantle obstacles and serve as a champion, exemplar, and catalyst for change among key users and end user cohorts.
How you will contribute
- Collaborating with key stakeholders to thoroughly understand business objectives and requirements for planning transformation initiatives.
- Proactively leading during the design phase of the program, ensuring that data-related aspects are addressed comprehensively and aligned with business goals and technical capabilities.
- Developing detailed plan including dependencies and risk management for the data workstream, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and the capabilities of the o9 platform implementation.
- Oversee the seamless integration of diverse data sources into the o9 platform, ensuring seamless transition from SAP R3 data source to S4/HANA which comes as Phase II including definition of scope, data objects and data transformation.
- Overseeing and driving data cleansing activities prior to data migration, collaborating with key stakeholders to thoroughly understand business objectives and requirements for planning transformation initiatives.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for system integration partners and acting as the main liaison between cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth coordination and integration of data processes and systems.
- Work in partnership with the Supply Chain Data Governance organization to ensure Data Models and process are documented, ownership & stewardship are assigned.
- Work closely with MDS (Mondelez Digital Services [IT]) functional teams, solution architects and business to derive to the target state data model and solution.
- Leading a cross-functional team responsible for data integration and platform implementation, ensuring effective coordination and collaboration among team members.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Communicate project progress, challenges, and successes to key stakeholders linked to Data.
- Coordinate testing phases related to data integration and platform implementation, ensuring thorough testing of data transformation processes and platform functionality.
