About Haus

Haus is the causal marketing platform top businesses trust to optimize billions in ad spend worldwide. With support from PhD economists, data scientists, and growth experts, Haus’ AI-driven technology translates complex marketing measurement into clear action and outcomes, enabling brands like Dyson, Wayfair, Sonos, Fanduel, SharkNinja, and Intuit to optimize spend, accelerate growth, and make smarter marketing decisions at scale.

What you'll do:
As a Measurement Strategy Manager at Haus, you will work hand-in-hand with a portfolio of customers to define and act on their measurement roadmap. You will deeply understand the goals of your customers' businesses, propose testing strategies that align to their goals, and drive your customers to act on the things they learn through Haus. You will serve as an evangelist for incrementality measurement and help your customers make critical business decisions based on Haus reporting.
As a member of a small and rapidly growing team, you will also be expected to contribute in ways that benefit the entire organization. Each member of our team brings a form of expertise that serves to elevate the capabilities of the entire team; we expect everyone to be a bar raiser in some way.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Co-design experimentation roadmaps with customers, weighing their media plan and operating goals to make the best use of their testing slots, pushing them toward the highest-impact test, not just the easiest one.

  • Shepherd customers through the full experimentation process: design, implementation, interpretation, and action, serving as a trusted partner who simplifies complex concepts into clear, believable recommendations.

  • Tie learnings to budget and strategy decisions, so testing changes what a customer actually does, not just what they know.

  • Advise customers on best practices to maximize value and ROI, connecting their business questions to Haus product offerings, and confidently explain the science behind experimentation to dispel distrust and skepticism.

  • Build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders across your customers' organizations.

  • Partner closely with Product, Science, and Engineering to translate customer requests into scalable product features.

  • Identify risks or escalations and manage them with a complete ownership mentality, bringing in the right internal resources.

  • Contribute collateral, resources, playbooks, and workflows that balance quality of service with designing for scale.

  • Support customer renewals in partnership with Account Managers, and identify qualified cross-sell and expansion opportunities.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years as a growth marketer or in a marketing-science role, with real ownership of budget decisions, not just reporting on them, whether from doing the job or partnering closely with it as an agency or platform.

  • Fluent understanding of paid media buying; comfortable speaking budgets and advanced analytics credibly with a customer's analytics team.

  • A passion for experimentation, data analysis, and storytelling.

  • Comfort navigating ambiguity without a clear playbook, leaning on data and org relationships to move forward, spotting the underlying need, and proposing the solution rather than waiting to be told.

  • Experience in a customer-facing relationship role, collaborating with stakeholders across customer organizations.

  • A track record thriving in an early-stage or highly ambiguous environment, producing high-quality work at a rapid pace while juggling multiple projects.

  • Scrappy and resourceful; you unpromptedly fill gaps to keep your customers moving.

  • Strong written communication and experience presenting to customers and executives.

How Haus is Different

We're a customer-obsessed, high-ownership team that would rather run an experiment than argue in a meeting. We work in small, lean pods where each person is a bar raiser in some area, and we move fast without waiting for a playbook. We value impact over activity, curiosity over comfort, and small inexact steps over large impeccable leaps.

AI is part of how we work. We use it every day to move faster and think more clearly, and we look for people who are curious about new tools and fluent in putting them to work. What we care about is your judgment: AI should sharpen your thinking, not stand in for it.

What we offer

If you're energized by solving dynamic problems, enjoy working in lean, collaborative teams, and thrive in ever-evolving environments, you’ll feel at home here. We invest in exceptional people who want to grow quickly and help shape the future of the company.
