Job Description:
The Mechanical Engineer – Onshore Reliability will be responsible for improving the reliability and performance of onshore mechanical equipment by developing and implementing preventive and predictive maintenance programs. The role involves utilizing CMMS systems to plan, track, and optimize maintenance activities to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations.

  1. Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs for onshore mechanical equipment.

  2. Utilize CMMS to plan, schedule, and monitor maintenance activities and equipment performance.

  3. Analyze equipment reliability data and recommend improvements to reduce downtime and maintenance costs.

  4. Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions for equipment failures.

  5. Provide technical support to maintenance and operations teams for troubleshooting mechanical issues.

  6. Ensure compliance with company maintenance standards, safety regulations, and industry best practices.

  7. Coordinate with engineering, operations, and maintenance teams to enhance equipment reliability and plant efficiency.
