As a Medical Chart Retrieval Project Manager, you'll work with the brightest minds in the business and find yourself digging deep to find the solutions to help people live healthier lives. You'll be responsible for leading strategic initiatives focused on bringing value back to the point of care via our advanced risk adjustment and quality analytics tools. You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Onboard and implement complex risk adjustment projects, serving as the primary liaison for managing medical record retrieval and coding inventory
  • Present analysis and recommendations for client success
  • High volume data analysis to review client inventory and suggest pathways to success
  • Serve as the subject matter expert in multiple different retrieval modalities
  • This is a complex, fast-paced, matrixed environment with a lot of moving parts. The challenge is in developing, enhancing and maintaining operational information and models. You'll be expected to interpret and analyze large amounts of data from multiple sources and use it to tell a meaningful story

Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in medical record retrieval and risk adjustment, HEDIS, or RADV
  • Knowledge of the US healthcare system
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups)

Preferred Qualification:
  • Experience in the healthcare space

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $72,800 to $130,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
