Who are we?

Antioch is the simulation platform for physical AI. Teams use us to develop, evaluate, and generate synthetic data for physical systems in high-fidelity cloud simulation, accelerated by 3D-native agents. We build precision-calibrated digital twins and run massively parallel simulation scenarios, so customers spend less time on expensive, slow real-world testing. Our customers include leading robotics, autonomy, and perception teams.

Who are we looking for?

A generalist who keeps Antioch moving fast. You'll work alongside the founders and senior team, own the coordination and logistics that keep a growing company on track, and build the operational systems we'll scale on. This is a high-ownership role with a wide surface area. In a single week you might run logistics for a customer onsite, redesign how the team tracks commitments, and help ship social content. You'll report to the leadership team and touch nearly every part of the company.

What you'll do

  • Own scheduling and coordination across the team: internal syncs, customer visits, candidate loops, and travel.
  • Plan and run events end to end: offsites, customer onsites, hackathons, dinners, and conference presence, from budget to follow-up.
  • Design and improve operational systems: onboarding, commitment tracking, vendor management, and information flow as the team grows.
  • Support product marketing: website updates, social content, and campaign support with the founders and marketing.
  • Use the Antioch platform to help produce demos, visuals, and content.
  • Run the office: space, supplies, equipment, and day-to-day logistics.
  • Spot what needs to happen with the founders and handle it before anyone has to ask.

What we're looking for

  • Highly organized and reliable: details don't slip when you're involved.
  • Clear, direct communication in writing and in person.
  • Comfort switching between very different work in the same day, from an event budget to a social post to a scheduling puzzle.
  • Ownership: you figure out what needs to happen and make it happen.
  • A track record of organizing people, events, or projects where the outcome mattered.
  • Technical enough to understand the product, industry, and customers, and to work in the codebase.
  • Resourceful with tools, including AI tools.
  • Nice to have: operations, events, or executive support at a startup; marketing, social, or content work; vendor, budget, or office logistics; light design or web skills; robotics, simulation, CS, or AI interest.
