Reports to: Sr. Merchandising Manager, UGG Women's Footwear, NA Marketplace

Location: United States (Remote)

The Role

As the Merchandiser for UGG Women’s Footwear, NA DTC, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping and executing the merchandising vision for our direct-to-consumer channel. You’ll drive consumer-led assortments, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure our product strategies align with brand and commercial priorities. Your expertise will help deliver financial results, optimize product positioning, and keep UGG at the cutting edge of the marketplace.

Your Impact

  • Influence, execute, and communicate the strategic merchandising vision for Women’s Footwear in NA DTC
  • Support long-range and seasonal planning, focusing on sales, inventory, and style/sku count to meet financial growth targets
  • Deliver seasonal line opportunities using consumer insights and data analytics
  • Partner with Product Creation to optimize assortments and identify new opportunities
  • Collaborate with Planning on business updates and reporting to inform strategy
  • Prepare deliverables for key UGG milestones and attend meetings to cascade updates
  • Partner with WHSL and Planning to identify MAP break strategy
  • Serve as the “go-to” for all product and assortment queries for NA DTC
  • Coordinate with the UGG Merchandising team to drive best practices and consistency
  • Demonstrate deep understanding of the NA consumer, marketplace, and competitive landscape
  • Recommend pricing strategies that enhance the brand and remain commercially competitive
  • Manage the lifecycle of all products within the NA DTC channel
  • Conduct market travel to capture insights and inform seasonal opportunities

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5+ years of Merchandising or Buying experience, preferably in DTC and Women’s Footwear
  • Strong product and business acumen, including retail math
  • Intermediate knowledge of retail analytics and KPIs
  • Skilled at leveraging data and analytics for strategic planning
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proven track record of supporting financial results
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a team player mindset
  • Able to manage time, multi-task, and work with detail and accuracy
  • Positive attitude, responsible approach, and self-starter
  • Able to influence across a matrixed organization and build strong relationships
  • Proactive, action-oriented, and adaptable to change
  • Passionate about product and consumer experience
  • Willing to travel 15%-20% annually

$90,000 - $100,000

The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary for your preferred location during the hiring process.
