Required skillsets:

• Has MicroPact Versa development experience
• Has about 2-5 years experience working in the commercial or government space doing configuration/design of regulatory/licensing COTS solutions
• Has experiencing working with agile/scrum based configuration sprints/backlog refinement
• Is a great communicator and has worked with business groups to define requirements/backlog refinement
• Has a college degree

Desirable skillsets:

• Has a SCRUM certification (desirable)
• Has big 4/5 experience (desirable)

The compensation for this position is $90,000 to $110,000 per year depending on experience and qualifications. Employees are also eligible for performance-based bonus/ to participate in a performance-based incentive plan.
