We are seeking a highly experienced Senior M365 Integration Engineer with deep expertise in Microsoft 365 ecosystem, Exchange Online, and complex platform integrations. The ideal candidate will drive architectural design and implementation of robust integrations across Microsoft 365 services using Graph API, EWS, and PowerShell, ensuring seamless communication across various email clients and platforms. You will be responsible for architecting and executing end-to-end integration solutions, managing M365 licensing strategies, enhancing email interoperability, and developing custom Outlook add-ins for enterprise-wide deployments. This is a highly technical and strategic role that requires hands-on experience and the ability to work cross-functionally to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.
Requirements
- Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft 365 Licensing models and administration
- Proven experience with M365 Platform Integrations and service orchestration
- Deep understanding of Exchange Online architecture and platform-level integration
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Graph API and Exchange Web Services (EWS)
- Advanced PowerShell scripting for automation and integration tasks
- Comprehensive experience with email client integrations, including Outlook, Mail, Evolution, and Thunderbird
- Proficient in designing, developing, and maintaining Outlook Add-ins using modern frameworks
- Ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues across distributed systems
- Strong documentation, communication, and cross-team collaboration skills
