Müller's Solutions is seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical Consultant to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering technical solutions on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform tailored to meet our clients' specific business requirements. Collaborating with functional consultants and stakeholders, you will ensure the successful implementation and customization of CRM applications while enhancing overall system performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions to align with client specifications and business objectives.
- Integrate Microsoft Dynamics CRM with other systems and applications as necessary to provide seamless functionality.
- Develop plugins, workflows, and customizations using C#, JavaScript, and relevant technologies to extend the functionality of Dynamics CRM.
- Perform data migrations and ensure data integrity between Microsoft Dynamics CRM and other applications.
- Conduct unit testing and support client testing to validate that solutions meet requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications.
- Maintain technical documentation, including system configurations and user manuals, to facilitate future enhancements and support.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical Consultant or in a similar technical role.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM architecture and platform features.
- Proficient in programming languages such as C# and JavaScript; experience with .NET Framework is essential.
- Experience with data integration and migration tools, including Microsoft SSIS or third-party connectors.
- Knowledge of the Azure cloud platform and Power Platform would be advantageous.
- Excellent analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications in Dynamics CRM are preferred.
