About The Role:

We are seeking a motivated Mid-Market Account Executive to join our expanding sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective small to mid-sized business customers, demonstrating the value of Dozuki’s solution, and converting leads into loyal clients. The ideal candidate is results-oriented, skilled at consultative selling, and passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify, reach out to, and qualify SMB prospects through calls, emails, and social media channels.
  • Sales Presentations & Demonstrations: Conduct product demos and presentations, both online and in person, showcasing Dozuki’s capabilities and ROI.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage and track prospect interactions through our CRM, ensuring timely follow-ups and clear pipeline visibility.
  • Relationship Building: Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to nurture prospects and build strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Quota Attainment: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Market Feedback: Gather and communicate market insights and customer feedback to inform product roadmap and sales strategy.

About You:

Required Skills:

  • Experience: 2+ years of SMB/Mid-Market sales experience in a SaaS environment.
  • Sales Skills: Demonstrated success in quota attainment, consultative selling, and pipeline management.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable leading product demos and negotiations with executives and decision-makers.
  • Technical Aptitude: Ability to quickly learn and effectively communicate complex software solutions.
  • Collaboration: Team player who excels at working with dispersed remote teams and cross-departmental collaboration and shares knowledge willingly.
  • CRM Proficiency: Proficient with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.

Preferred Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing, service, or documentation software solutions strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of closing deals in a fast-paced, growth-oriented company.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position is $80,000/year with an OTE of $160,000. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Other incentives and compensation may be available based upon a number of factors including bonus, equity, and OTE (on target earnings).
