We are the top media company in sales behind the #1 sales podcast (3M+ downloads per year) and bestselling book, Cold Calling Sucks (And That's Why It Works).

Most people know us for the podcast. But over the last year we've built Masterclass for Sales, partnering with the top 1% trainers to create training programs and a platform that teach teams anything from cold calling to multithreading to negotiation.

In the last year, we've sold $1M+ in customers and there are millions of more listeners who need help getting to President's Club.

That's where you come in.

As our 2nd Account Executive, you'll work directly alongside the CEO, founding AE, and 2 SDRs while getting your MBA in sales along the way.

This is a 0:1 role with huge upside reporting directly into the founder (me, Armand!).

Get ready to punch your ticket to President's Club.

You'll be a strategic advisor to senior sales leaders and enablement teams:

  • Turn Audience Into Pipeline: You'll cold call, email, and social prospect into our built-in audience of sales leaders to build pipeline.

  • Be a Consultative GTM Advisor: You'll diagnose a VP of Sales' pipeline problem, prescribe a skills roadmap, and then show them how their team can get immediate results.

  • Run The Full, Multithreaded Sales Cycle ($50k+ deals): You'll build champions, multithread across the sales leadership chain of command, then get final approval at the CRO-level.

  • Live the Frameworks You're Selling: You'll master the 30MPC playbook (from cold calling to discovery to negotiation) so you can speak the exact language of the sales leaders you're prospecting.

  • Build This Function 0:1: You'll help us build the outbound playbook and prospecting process from scratch.

Why Join Us?

  • If you want responsibility and ownership on day 1... you'll be right at home joining our scrappy team of 10.

  • If you want the best sales training in the industry while you get paid to do it... you'll be coached by the same team behind the #1 sales podcast. This is your MBA in sales.

  • If you want to help build a new revenue line inside the #1 sales media company... you'll touch more parts of the business than you would in a traditional corporate SDR job.

Experience: Up for the job? We're looking for someone with 1 of 2 backgrounds:

  • 3+ of Tech Sales Experience In a High Growth Tech Environment: You've worked in a fast-paced tech sales environment (AI, SaaS) and know what hyperscaling and figuring it out along the way looks like.

  • Consistent Proof of Performance: You've been top 10% on your team or a club qualifier year over year.

  • Experience Managing Consultative Deal Cycles: You know how to run a consultative discovery call, multi-call and multi-stakeholder sales motion (5 and 6 figure check sizes)

Core Skills: You'll nail this job if you have the…

  • Ability To Learn: You're excited to geek out about the craft of sales and want to master cold calling, discovery, and negotiation, not just make a paycheck.

  • Top 1% Communicator: You can get someone fired up about something without rambling their ears off.

  • Top Notch EQ and Deal Process: You know what a real deal looks like, how to level with a champion as a consultative advisor, then chop the deal into pieces and get it over the line.

  • Desire to Build: You're comfortable in early-stage ambiguity where you'll help build the process, not just follow one.

Location: Hybrid in New York (3 days in office mandatory because you know the sales vibes are so much better when you can actually hear the gong)

Compensation: Paid in line with top tier tech companies, commensurate with experience (Separate levels for SMB, Commercial, Mid Market, Enterprise)
