Job Overview:We are looking for a proactive Integrated Marketing & Business Development Intern to join our team. This role will involve participating in marketing strategy execution, user growth initiatives, and campus business development, with a focus on leveraging moomoo's product advantages to drive user acquisition and engagement.
What you’ll do:- Deeply understand moomoo's core product features (professional tools, real-time data, low-cost investing, etc.) and US stock market insights, then act as the key campus liaison to execute localized marketing strategy and promote brand penetration.
- Develop and implement user acquisition strategies: Design multi-channel promotion plans (including social media, campus communities, etc.), use personalized referral mechanisms, and optimize the user acquisition funnel to drive registration, account opening and conversion.
- Create data-driven marketing content: Leverage product features, user needs, and US stock market trends to produce high-quality content (articles, posts, case studies) that highlights moomoo's competitive advantages, with a requirement of 3+ compelling pieces weekly aligned with marketing rhythms.
- Lead community marketing operations: Establish and manage campus user communities, conduct targeted insight collection, deliver valuable market and product information, and design online/offline interactive events to improve user retention and activity.
- Drive campus business development: Develop and maintain cooperative relationships with student clubs, academic institutions and campus influencers, plan joint marketing events, and expand high-quality campus promotion channels.
- Support cross-functional collaboration: Coordinate with the headquarters marketing and user growth teams to collect campus user feedback, track campaign performance, and provide data support for strategy optimization.
RequirementsWho You Are:
- A current undergraduate or graduate student at a U.S. university.
- A natural leader, plugged into campus life. Strongly connected within the student community.
- Active on social media platforms popular among students (Facebook, X, TIKTOK, Instagram, Rednote, etc.)
