Job Summary
Processes loans in the system of record to meet client demands and expectations. Can utilize office equipment to process and verify quantities of documents to meet fulfillment according to client requests.
Job Level
Requires skills developed through formal training or work experience.

Meets daily and monthly goals to adhere to Service Level Agreements.

Knowledge of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac guidelines.

Worked with FedEx and UPS carrier websites

Is accountable for work assigned to completion.

Works within established procedures and guidelines with limited ability to modify approach and moderate degree of supervision
