Summary
We are seeking a proactive and strategic SFMC Developer with Naehas software knowledge and ability to create Rules/configuration in software using JavaScript in Alpharetta GA(onsite) for large investment bank.
Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain dynamic content rules and templates in Naehas software using JavaScript.
- Develop and manage personalization logic, rules, and workflows to support customer communication strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing, compliance, and development teams to implement rule-driven personalization and regulatory disclosures.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to campaign execution and rule-based configurations.
- Provide technical documentation and user training for non-technical stakeholders.
- Stay up to date with best practices in SFMC, Naehas, and JavaScript customization
Eligibility Requirements
- 8+ years of marketing experience, with 3+ years in campaign & offer management application development (experience with Naehas preferred)
- Lead technical architecture and development of Offer Management solutions
- Design and implement integrations with Adobe Experience Platform (CDP) and Salesforce Marketing Cloud/CRM
- Collaborate with product managers and solution architects to define technical requirements and delivery plans
- Mentor and guide a team of developers
- Participate in client workshops and translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Drive continuous improvement in development practices and solution delivery
- Strong knowledge of data modeling, customer segmentation, and real-time personalization
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
In the US, the target base salary for this role is $130K-$150K. Compensation is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. We expect the majority of candidates who are offered roles at our company to fall throughout the range based on these factors.
