Lead owned-media storytelling: edit blog posts, oversee video production, manage social channels, produce original videos and quarterly research reports, and implement AI systems to scale content and audience growth.
Radical AI is the fastest-moving materials science company in the world. From the Bronze Age to Silicon Valley, human progress has happened in novel materials, and this is your opportunity to narrate the next chapter.
We are looking for a Narrative Content Manager to partner with our Head of Comms and Marketing on telling the story of our technology, partnerships, and singular standing in the AI ecosystem. In your role, you will edit blog posts, oversee video production, manage our social channels, and have a front-row seat to rapid brand growth. This is a special opportunity to make a name for yourself in zero-to-one brand building with domain-specific mentorship and guidance that is extremely rare at seed-stage startups.
Mission
- Growing social audience 100% a quarter
- Producing original videos with our freelance videographer and editor
- Editing company blog posts to reach our targeted audiences
- Producing quarterly research reports
- Implementing AI systems to scale your work
About You
- Adept storyteller who enjoys flexing strategic creativity in writing and video
- Social audience growth expert with inventive, data-based tactics to back you up
- Experience building AI systems and processes that 10xed your output
- Extreme attention to detail
- Self-directed learner—you don’t need proven experience in every one of these dimensions, but you do need to show scrappy determination in how you built the competencies you do have and take high ownership for your work in general
Pluses
- Deep writing and research background (doesn't need to be in science—your ability to translate complex concepts is what's most valuable)
- Design fluency—much of the design work will be built for you, but the ability to further refine assets on the fly with freelancers is valuable
- PR fluency—we have an agency that will be complementing your owned-media work with an ambitious earned-media program
- Experience creating content to amplify event appearances—our leadership team will be speaking at several dozen industry events this year
What We Offer
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance for you and your family, covered at 100%
- Mental health and wellness support
- Flexible PTO and 14+ company holidays per year
- 401K
- Work closely with a team on the cutting edge of AI research
- A mission: an opportunity to fundamentally change the way humanity makes progress through materials science discovery
