Job Description
We have an excellent opportunity available for you to grow your career and make a difference at Kraft Heinz. The role is for a National Account Controller responsible for the HoReCa channel within our UK Away from Home sales team. The channel includes Hospitality (casual dining and hotels), Leisure, Catering (profit and cost sector), Retail hosts and Food To Go manufacturing.
You will report into the Head of Key Accounts and work closely with the rest of the Away from Home team in our zone and internationally.
What you'll do
  • Full P&L ownership of the channel.
  • Delivery of top-line sales and profit targets.
  • Retaining and gaining on current contracts and winning new business.
  • Leading a sales team, responsible for their individual and collective performance and development.
  • Work cross functionally together with Culinary and Marketing teams to create and then deliver best in class selling materials.
  • The selling, negotiation and execution of all new products, concepts and commercial propositions
  • Lead internal and external forums of performance review to engage and influence customers and stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute the HoReCa longer term (3y) channel strategy and annual performance plan.
  • Ensure delivery of the Kraft Heinz financial KPIs of sales, profit, availability and forecasting by leading contract negotiations, commercial planning and identifying new areas for growth.

What you'll need
  • Proven account management experience in the Food service industry, specifically within the hospitality and catering channel. Experience of dealing with international accounts and GPOs is a bonus.
  • Customer relationship management skills are essential, demonstrating the ability and confidence to sell commercial propositions, together with sound negotiation skills
  • Commercial and financial awareness are required along with the judgement, and skill to identify, negate and take commercial decisions, often under pressure
  • Interpersonal skills and high personal credibility is required to build relationships between external customers and internal functions to align both requirements and resolve issues (ability to communicate, present and influence)
  • Strong customer centric focus to identify opportunities, build and translate activity into executable plans
  • Experience of CRM tools for pipeline and lead management.
  • Bachelor's Degree ideal
