About the job

  • Account Management: Manage and grow national key accounts by maintaining strong knowledge of market offerings, pricing structures, and competitive positioning to drive retention and expansion.

  • Sales Pipeline & Reporting: Maintain an updated sales funnel and support regular sales reviews. Track and analyze key account data to guide informed, account-specific decisions.

  • Revenue & Customer Success: Achieve sales targets and strategic objectives for assigned accounts. Continuously assess customer needs, ensuring high satisfaction and alignment with business standards.

  • Client Engagement & Improvement: Follow up regularly on orders, collections, and customer feedback. Identify improvement areas and lead solution development in collaboration with internal teams.

  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: The ideal candidate demonstrates a strong entrepreneurial mindset, bringing a proactive, opportunity driven approach to managing and growing the market. This includes the ability to: Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities across diverse retail environments, anticipating market shifts and acting quickly to secure competitive advantage. Operate with ownership and accountability, treating the business as their own and consistently driving initiatives that elevate brand presence, sales performance, and customer engagement.

About you

  • 3–5 years of experience in wholesale

  • Exposure to U.S. and Canadian markets

  • Experience in beauty, liquor, or luxury industries (preferred)

  • Knowledge of and contacts within North America (a plus)

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with strong analytical capabilities

  • Fluency in English and Spanish

  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing strategies, preferably in luxury products

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Analytical, agile, and results-driven mindset

  • High energy, positive attitude, and strong work ethic

  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple high-priority projects

  • Adaptability in fast-paced, multicultural environments

  • Retail and sell-out focused with an entrepreneurial, team-oriented approach

  • Willingness to travel up to 50% and work extended hours

  • Based in New York City
