We are seeking an innovative and talented sales guru who has a facility with technology knowledge of online based sales tools like Prosperworks and/or other CRM sales management tools.

Job Description

Initiate and proactively drive sales of DYNOMIGHTY product via wholesale and distribution channels. Increase brand footprint within wholesale trade accounts. Analyze business and maximize opportunities for growth. Directly responsible for key account sales, oversees smaller house accounts with Sales Assistant. 

The Sales Manager is also responsible for maintaining our communication, marketing and relationships with our house account wholesale buyers, Sales Reps and international distributors with a goal to driving sales and creating strategic partnerships for long term growth.

  • Involved with wholesale account maintenance of existing customers on a daily basis.
  • Analyze new accounts and discuss with management, when needed, validity of opening each account.
  • Supply existing wholesale accounts with access to our wholesale website when needed.
  • Oversee open order reports of sales reps, wholesale accounts and distributors, ensuring orders are accurately entered and confirmed upon receipt.
  • Maintain and update all sales sheets and price lists by season for internal group as well as external groups (sales reps and distributors).
  • Establish relationship with sales reps and distributors keeping them informed of business conditions and address any questions or opportunities that exist.
  • Keep abreast of competition in the marketplace report to team. 
  • Travel to out of state trade shows and sponsored events.
  • Communicate and schedule all trade show dates with Dynomighty team, application forms and maintenance submissions.
  • Preparation of sales forecast and quarterly reports of sale information for all licensing partners.
  • Coordinate and send all sample submission requests to any new opportunities and/or sales teams requesting them.
  • Analyze sales performance and evaluate inventory adjustments with accounting to coordinate new POs and also recognizing any slow moving inventory and plan for clearance adjustments.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree required and 7+ years experience in retail 
  • Embraces technology in Sales Management and Communications
  • Thorough knowledge of retail / wholesale / distributor accounts.
  • Strong retail math and planning skills.
  • Must cultivate & maintain strong relationships with retailers.
  • Must be self-motivated, organized, proactive and have excellent communication skills.
