About the open role:
Proactively monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot network systems to ensure seamless service delivery, while optimizing the availability, performance, and security of the IT infrastructure.
What you’ll do:
Continuously track system performance with various monitoring tools;
Perform Level 1 investigations, resolve alerts, and escalate critical issues as needed;
Analyze outages, implement fixes, and log incidents in the ticketing system;
Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and customers to resolve complex issues;
Assist in refining and improving alert descriptions
Participate in on-call rotations for after-hours support;
Develop dashboards, lead post-incident reviews, and refine alerts.
What we expect from you:
Basic IT knowledge;
Degree in IT or a related field or 1 year of hands-on experience in a similar position;
Ability to work in 12-hour day/night shifts;
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
