Executive Administrative Assistant

Kingsway Arms Nursing Center is seeking a Full Time Executive Administrative Assistant. Nursing Admin is responsible for all clerical services generated by the Director of Nursing.

Requirements

• Min 2 years experience in an admin role
• Experience in LTC setting a plus
• Manage all correspondence from nursing department
• Keep Nursing Policys and Procedures up to date
• Responsible for monthly Staff development calendar
• Must have excellent attention to detail 
• Experience with Microsoft word and excel
