  • Support Micron's NY site construction program by leading Sub Fab-related construction projects from pre-construction through commissioning.
  • Manage schedule, cost, quality, and safety across complex, multi-phase site development, underground utilities, and vertical construction activities.
  • Partner with design teams, trade partners, operations, and contractors to deliver production-ready facilities using BIM and digital-first execution tools.
  • Ensure all project work aligns with Micron standards, regulatory requirements, and environmental, health, and safety expectations.

What's Encouraged Daily:
  • Lead planning, execution, budgeting, and scheduling for Sub Fab construction projects.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, design partners, vendors, and contractors to align on scope, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation actions to maintain schedule and cost targets.
  • Ensure compliance with EHS standards, environmental regulations, and all Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) requirements.
  • Manage project documentation, scope changes, and reporting through Micron's Project Management Information System (e.g., Procore).
  • Utilize BIM, digital field tools, and AI-enabled progress tracking to improve efficiency and accuracy in construction management.
  • Lead project quality control activities to ensure installation meets design specifications.
  • Serve as primary liaison for Sub Fab coordination across Micron, architects, engineers, and contractors.

How to Qualify:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience managing large-scale industrial or semiconductor construction projects.
  • Strong leadership, collaboration, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and make informed decisions with limited guidance.
  • Knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

What Sets You Apart:
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, CCM, or equivalent.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Primavera P6, Procore).
  • Experience coordinating with diverse teams and external vendors in high-paced environments.
  • Background in facilities or building systems management.
  • Strong skills in negotiation, conflict resolution, value engineering, and cost management.

The US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is:
$107,000.00 - $241,000.00 a year
Additional compensation may include benefits, bonuses and equity.
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target base pay for new hire salaries of the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training.
