NYC: Regional Manager

New York Pilates is growing fast, and we're looking for an exceptional Regional Manager to help lead what's next. If you've successfully led 10+ locations, built high performing managers, and know how to drive accountability through people and performance, this is your opportunity to shape the future of one of New York City's fastest growing premium fitness brands.

You don't just manage studios. You build leaders.

You've led large multi unit businesses, hired exceptional managers, and created cultures where people are accountable, businesses grow, and customers keep coming back.

You know the numbers that matter. Membership growth. Retention. Healthy attrition. Sales. Labor. Profitability. You use data to coach your managers, not just measure them.

You're happiest in the business, not behind a desk. You enjoy working in your studios, coaching sales teams & managers, supporting teams, solving problems, and raising the standard every day. Most importantly, you care about protecting the brand. You believe exceptional people, beautiful studios, and unforgettable member experiences are what create lasting businesses.

This role is for you if you:

• Have led 10+ locations in fitness, hospitality, retail, or another premium consumer business
• Love hiring, developing, and holding leaders accountable
• Have consistently grown sales while improving retention and business performance
• Thrive in fast growing companies where every day is different
• Want to help build the next chapter of New York Pilates

This role is not for you if you:

• Prefer managing one location instead of multiple businesses
• Avoid difficult conversations or performance management
• Want a role that's primarily behind a desk

Salary: $100,000 to $130,000 plus performance bonus
