As an Experienced Consultant at Advancy, you will play a pivotal role in leading project workstreams and driving the development of strategic recommendations for clients. You will manage complex analytical initiatives, mentor junior team members, and ensure the delivery of high-quality work that meets project objectives and timelines.

Working closely with Managers and Principals, you will develop a comprehensive understanding of each client engagement, synthesize quantitative and qualitative insights, and present findings directly to senior client stakeholders. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, intellectually rigorous environment and are passionate about solving complex business challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project workstreams and manage complex analyses to support strategic client recommendations.

• Oversee, coach, and develop Junior Consultants, providing guidance and quality assurance throughout engagements.

• Structure and conduct quantitative, financial, market, and competitive analyses.

• Synthesize research and analytical findings into clear, actionable insights.

• Develop and deliver high-quality client presentations and project deliverables.

• Present analyses and recommendations to client executives and participate in strategic discussions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional and international project teams to deliver impactful results.

Compensation & Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package that includes:

• Base salary of $100,000 - $160,000

Qualifications:

• 3+ years' experience in Strategy or Management Consulting, engineering, investment banking or private equity, showcasing the ability to craft tailored solutions for diverse clients.

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Life Sciences or a related field.

• Result-oriented with an analytical mindset, enjoy solving strategic problems in challenging situations.

• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative, and fast-paced environment.

• Possess professionalism, intellectual curiosity and an entrepreneurial spirit.
