At Oscilar, we're building the most advanced AI Risk Decisioning™ Platform. Banks, fintechs, and digitally native organizations rely on us to manage their fraud, credit, and compliance risk with the power of AI. If you're passionate about solving complex problems and making the internet safer for everyone, this is your place.
Why Join Us?
Mission-driven teams: Work alongside industry veterans from Meta, Uber, Citi, and Confluent, all united by a shared goal to make the digital world safer.
Ownership and impact: We believe in extreme ownership. You'll be empowered to take responsibility, move fast, and make decisions that drive our mission forward.
Innovate at the cutting edge: Your work will shape how modern finance detects fraud and manages risk.
Role Overview:
Oscilar is looking for an OEM/Reseller Account Executive to join our Partnerships team at a pivotal moment. We have a growing portfolio of OEM and reseller partnerships in motion — and we need a hunter who can close them.
This is a new business role. You will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and closing OEM and reseller agreements with banks, fintechs, core banking platforms, LOS/LMS providers, and BaaS infrastructure companies. You will work alongside the Partnerships Manager to convert warm relationships into signed commercial agreements, while also sourcing and qualifying new partner targets independently.
You will not be managing a steady-state book of business. You will be building one. Speed, commercial instincts, and the ability to navigate complex multi-stakeholder deals are what will make you successful here. If you thrive on getting deals done and want to see your work translate directly into revenue, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do:
Own a quota tied to net-new OEM and reseller agreements signed and activated
Source, qualify, and close new OEM and reseller partners aligned with Oscilar's ICP — core banking, LOS/LMS, BaaS, and fintech infrastructure
Drive commercial negotiations end-to-end: deal structure, pricing, legal redlines, and close
Work with the Partnerships team to convert warm pipeline into signed agreements — fast
Engage partner-side decision makers (C-suite, product, legal, and commercial leads) and drive urgency through the deal cycle
Develop and execute account plans for high-priority target partners in your territory
Maintain accurate pipeline and deal stage hygiene in Salesforce; forecast reliably
Collaborate with Product, Legal, and Deal Desk to structure OEM agreements, including commercials, SLAs, and technical scope
Represent Oscilar at partner meetings, industry events, and executive briefings
Feed learnings back to the Partnerships and GTM team to sharpen ICP targeting and deal playbooks
What You’ll Bring:
5–7 years of closing experience in B2B SaaS, with a strong track record of net-new logo acquisition
Experience selling into or through financial technology companies — banks, fintechs, core banking providers, or adjacent infrastructure platforms
Demonstrated ability to close complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals with long sales cycles
Comfortable structuring non-standard commercial agreements — OEM, resell, rev-share, platform fee models
Hunger to build: you thrive in environments where the pipeline is not handed to you
Proficiency with Salesforce; organized, data-driven approach to pipeline management
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience closing OEM, white-label, or embedded software partnerships
Background in fraud, AML, credit risk, compliance technology, or financial infrastructure
Experience at an early-stage or high-growth company where you helped shape the sales motion
Existing relationships within core banking, LOS, BaaS, or fintech platforms
Comfort working directly with legal and deal desk on contract redlines and commercial term negotiations
Benefits and Other Perks:
Compensation: Competitive salary and equity packages, including a 401k plan.
Flexibility: Remote first culture.
Health: 100% Employer covered comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance with a top tier plan for you and your dependents. (US)
Balance: Unlimited PTO policy.
Culture: Family-Friendly environment; Regular team events and offsites.
Development: Unparalleled learning and professional development opportunities.
Impact: Making the internet safer by protecting online transactions.
