We are looking for an Office Coordinator to support our dynamic and collaborative New York Corporate Headquarters. In this role, as part of the Workplace Operations Team, you will ensure our NYHQ runs smoothly and consistently, as well as support all corporate events. You are the heartbeat of our organization with a hospitality-first mindset, and you ensure CLEAR’s culture and values shine through in every aspect of our corporate office environments. This role reports to the Senior Manager of Workplace Experience.


What you'll do:

  • Help to maintain the overall workplace strategy by ensuring effective and efficient day-to-day office operations 
  • Help to manage and guide vendor partners, our beverage/pantry program, and building services 
  • Support the front desk, welcoming CLEAR employees and guests into the office
  • Execute and support corporate in-office and off-site events
  • Manage budgets for specific projects, vendors and/or events


How you'll measure success:

  • NYHQ is well maintained- from facilities to our beverage/pantry program
  • All office concerns/issues are addressed and resolved quickly with urgency and ownership
  • Developed strong relationships across the office


What you're great at:

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar field, in office operations, facilities, and/or event planning. Experience in budget management and contract negotiations preferred
  • Proactive, customer/client service mindset with high service standards 
  • Strong operations and process orientation and organizational skills; passion for continuous improvement
  • Creative problem solver

The base salary range for this role is $55,000 - $70,000, depending on levels of skills and experience.

The base salary range represents the low and high end of CLEAR’s salary range for this position. Salaries will vary depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to location, education, skills, experience and performance. The range listed is just one component of CLEAR’s total compensation package for employees and other rewards may include annual bonuses, commission, Restricted Stock Units
